According to Texas EquuSearch a body believed to be that of 16-year-old Noah Dominguez was recovered around 2 p.m. Sunday, at Surfside Beach. Authorities have not confirmed the person’s identity.
Dominguez was last seen swimming in the ocean at Surfside Beach around 1:30 p.m. Friday, Oct. 9, when he was caught in a current and pulled underwater, according to Texas EquuSearch.
The organization thanked the Surfside Police Department, the U.S. Coast Guard and its volunteers for assisting in the search. It also offered condolences to Dominguez’s family and friends.
